Monthly and Yearly plans
A Monthly or Yearly plan gives one person (the subscriber) the right to use the gesturian apps:
- on one screen at a time;
- for their own work, study or personal use, including presenting to people in the same room or on a video call while they are using it.
These plans do not cover public, unattended or kiosk use. That includes screens in lobbies, receptions, museums, galleries, exhibitions, trade-show stands, shop windows and showrooms that visitors use without the subscriber operating it.
To support this, standard plans pause after 10 minutes without activity or after 3 hours of continuous use until someone clicks Resume, run on one screen per account, and show a small gesturian mark.
Exhibit licence
Public, unattended and kiosk installations need an Exhibit licence. It is agreed per installation and priced on the equipment, setup, consulting and hours of use involved. Write to hello@gesturian.com for a quote.
Accounts
Accounts are personal. Don't share sign-in links or let others use your account. We may pause accounts that are used against these terms, and we will contact you first.
Your content, usage and privacy
Hand and face tracking runs in your browser. Camera video is not uploaded or stored by gesturian. 3D models you load stay on your device.
We record when and for how long the apps are used on your account (your email, which app, and active minutes) to enforce plan limits and to support you. No camera data is collected. Usage records are deleted after about 13 months.
Payments and cancellation
Payments, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, under their terms. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
